City of Sydney’s raingarden – An asset management study
City of Sydney’s raingardens are very unique in Australia as they are built in a densely developed urban area. We took a new approach to assess the rainagdens and prepare an overall asset management plan and refine the technical design manual for these assets.
Cutler Footway and Burton Street Viaduct, Darlinghurst
Burton Street Viaduct, built in 1909, and Cutler Footway, built in 1940, were examined by our team and We prepared the asset management plan, project plans to renew the build a new bridge.
Heritage aspect, the complexity of the design and access were considered in the preparation of the asset management plan as well as the service life and another aspect of the structural design and asset management.
