The luxury precast construction, light-filled futuristic stairs were designed structurally to deliver the architect’s imaginations to perfection.

Suburban Town Houses (19-21 Donnison Ave, East Gosford)
Our team were engaged to provide civil and structural engineering services for this development. A simple cost-effective design was provided for the project. Drainage, driveways, structure, retaining walls, sewer, water and WSUD were designed and provided by our team.
